WIRE THREAD REPAIR KIT

Our thread repair kits are generally available in a variety of styles, thread forms and sizes.
All thread repair kits are supplied in close tolerance high-speed steel wire insert taps.
They are normally supplied with free-running inserts and if required, screw locking inserts.
We have three types of repair kits which are Simplified Thread Repair Kit, Professional Single Size Kit And Sparking Plug Kits.

 

Simplified Thread Repair Kit

It consists of:
- 01 pc Hand Inserting Tool, 

- 01 pc STI hand tap H.S.S.

- Wire thread Inserts stainless steel type 304 (Quantity is based on Insert Size)

Standards WTI Inserts have conformance to AECMA, British Std, Din, SAE Aerospace, US Military, S.BAC & etc.

Professional Single Size Kit - Professional Single Size Kit is a single size thread repair kit that includes a production type pre-wind inserting tool, a high-speed steel wire insert tap, a quantity of free-running or screw locking wire inserts and a manual tang break punch 

Sparking Plug Kits - The Sparking Plug Kits are specifically designed for repairing damaged sparking plug threads. The kit includes an easy to use pilot nose high-speed steel tap and a production type pre-wind inserting tool and a selection of various length inserts.

The kit includes a quick change multi-size production pre-wind inserting tool, a range of high-speed steel wire insert taps and a number of inserts of every size.
